Claudio’s Harmonic Sound Journey: A Session to Relax in an Immersive Sound Experience
November 29, 2025 from 5:30pm-7:30pm with Claudio Escutia
Just 20 students only
$55
Claudio invites you to a special evening of Sacred Harmonic Sound with multi-instrumentalist sound journey
This immersive sound journey
offers a deeply restorative experience that invites you to settle into
stillness, reconnect with the heart, and explore a sense of inner
spaciousness through vibration and tone.
Claudio skilfully layers the sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan
singing bowls, Native American flutes, and other traditional
instruments, enhanced through high-quality audio equipment so the sound
can be both heard and felt throughout your body.
Harmonic sound and vibration offer the nervous system a chance to truly
rest. In this state of relaxation, the thinking mind softens, and we
find connection to citta — the heart-mind. From this place, silence
arises naturally through the vehicle of sound.
This experience is open to everyone. No previous yoga or meditation
practice is needed.
What to bring:
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, though studio mats are also
available. We will provide bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows for your
comfort.
Booking is essential — spaces are limited and this event often fills
quickly.

“Somewhere a black bear has just risen from sleep
and is staring down the mountain.
In the brisk & shallow restlessness
of early spring,
I think of her.” – Mary Oliver
Spring is the season of beginnings. The tender unfurling after winter’s slumber. It is a time, when the body longs to awaken yet still craves steadiness. when the mind opens to possibility, yet needs moments of pause. When the heart, like the earth, turns towards renewal.
This Spring Half-Day Retreat is a nest for that in-between space. A time to soften into your own rhythms, to feel the quiet return of vitality, and to anchor deeply in presence before the year carries you forward.
Guided by Luke Stenner & Sarah Morley, you’ll be led through a weaving of practices designed to both awaken & ground: hot zen tea & nibbles offered mid retreat.
Slow, steady meditative movement that builds strength while honouring softness
Sound & chants that ripple through the body like spring rain
Breathwork & meditation to restore the nervous systems balance
Yin & Restorative shapes that invite stillness and deep release
Yoga Nidra to carry you into profound rest
Remembering the body.
Remembering the breath as a homecoming.
Remembering that rest itself is fertile soil, where clarity, calm & renewal can take root.
Spring is a season to listen. To let yourself be replenished, rebalanced & realigned with what matters most. By the end of our afternoon together, you will step back into your life with a steadier body, a quieter mind, and a heart attuned to the gentle pulse of the season.
Come, pause in the turning of spring. Root down, rise gently, and carry forward what nourishes you most.
