‘Hatha & Mantra – SOLD OUT’

30th March, 2024
with Rosa Santana
$49
WAITLIST ONLY – Email info@spaceyoga.nz

Are you curious about the transformative power of Hatha Yoga mingled with mantra?
You are warmly invited to a heartfelt experiential evening hosted by Rosa Santana.
Rosa has returned to Space Studio – for good she says! After undertaking a most intense spiritual immersion in Hridaya Mexico where she devoted herself to the practices of “Karma Yoga” (Selfless Service) and a 500 Hours Hatha Yoga Training at Chateau Longeval (Hridaya France).
These in depth practices involved lectures on spiritual teachings, dedicated daily meditation, Hatha asana practice -‘Ha’ representing the sun, the yang energy, and ‘tha’ the moon, the yin energy-, Nada Yoga, Kirtan / Bhajans.
This has offered Rosa insights and understandings into the traditions of yoga and a deep dive into the wisdom of The Heart. “The Heart – Our reliable inner compass that guides us through life.”
She is now back with us to do what she loves the most, serving our Wellington community. She is here to accompany you in the journey of discovering who you really are: “Pure Love, Pure Light, Pure Consciousness in a physical body”.
Come and play – expect this evening to be one of mindful breathing, slow meditative asana, mantra, a heart opening glimpse of transformation.

‘A Night in The Heart’

Friday 19th April, 2024
from 6.30-9.30pm with Sarah & Rosa
$57

Let love and creativity flow through you.
An evening surrounded by our beautiful sangha, cultivating the spring blossoming of the heart.
Explore the sacred space within where pure unconditional love, intuition and courage resides.
A love that cannot be given or taken away, a love that is always with us and that ultimately is who we are. In the yoga tradition they call it “spanda”, the sacred tremor of the heart, a vibration that makes us available to really see and experience the joy of life. To move through any challenges from a centre, the heart.
We’ll be sharing cacao medicine together, enjoying the heart warming magic of this plant. We’ll move through some nourishing and meditative shapes that will invite the energy of Anahata chakra to arise, the energy of love, compassion, forgiveness and abundance.

We’ll share the devotional practice of mantras along with the sounds of the guitar, drum and harmonium. Mantra is a unique combination of syllables that bring a particular energy, ease and harmony at the level of the mind. Allowing us to shift from the mind into the heart.

An invitation to tap into your inner wisdom and reconnect with your beautiful self, your constant companion.

You can bring your own mat or use a studio mat. We have bolsters + blankets and eye pillows for everyone.

It is a precaution to maximise the benefits of the cacao to avoid eating heavily before our night together but you may have a light meal.

Please make sure you bring your favourite mug 🙂 and optional bring along a journal and a pen for your sacred reflections.
