Week Four

Rushing or not?
Many of us move through life as if we’re already late and in a massive hurry to get somewhere else.
I’m unconvinced that rushing takes me more quickly to anything.
I’m convinced that when I’m rushing I’m missing.

So this week, on and off the mat, notice what you are rushing towards & rushing away from.
Get curious about whether you really need to rush or not.
Get creative about ways you might alter this behaviour/habit.
Tell a friend – a rushing friend or a non-rushing friend – and get their support.
When you stop rushing and slow right down to the speed of your breath, notice what happens to the quality of your life. Magic.
