Where’s my attention…?
This can be as simple as a mindfulness practice, as I move through my day. Like a call to focus on what’s most important right now.
It’s that reminder to pay attention and notice if I’m fiddling away on distractions or not. And maybe I choose to fiddle, because for now it’s actually a good idea to have some wandering about time.
‘Where’s my attention’, can also be a bigger call to examine where I’m going with this life, with all that I have and all that I am.
Maybe that’s already clear or becoming clearer.
It seems to me that if I trust that I’m journeying along this ‘path with a heart’, then it doesn’t matter how wide or winding it is. I can simply settle into trusting my instincts, my intuition and my rational mind. I’ll simply pay attention with curiosity, playfulness and compassion to the small steps or bold leaps I’m taking.
