Mindfulness Space

A workshop or a series of 5 Wednesday evenings in a month

Explore your Way to Wellbeing – Mental Health Awareness Week

From Monday September 23rd – 29th
Book a special class, workshop or event. Also be in to win a gift of Space at each class you attend during this week!

This is a perfect time to delve more deeply into practices that make the most difference for sustaining wellbeing, feeling resilient, being calm and focused.
Wellbeing is about our minds and our bodies – ‘If we don’t look after our bodies – where are we going to live? If we don’t look after our minds, how are we going to thrive? So we learn practices that don’t neglect our minds or our bodies. We learn how to be calm and conscious and not scattered and chaotic.
Why not book in a personalised private session/workshop/event at Space for yourself or for your team – mindful awareness practices to calm and energise the mind ; simple and dynamic yoga practises to enliven the body; a combination of both. Give us a call or drop us a line. We’ll create a session that’s perfect for you. ( lana@spaceyoga.nz or info@spaceyoga.nz )
Last year, in our regular classes during this week of Wellbeing, we gave away a free class pass to a lucky student at every class. This year expect the same gift too.
Also we followed the Mental Health Foundation’s weekly themes – Connect ; Keep Learning ; Take Notice; Be Active; Give. This year in our classes we will explore these more and on the weekend we’ll end with a half day Wellbeing Retreat: On Sunday 29th September, on this special Super New Moon, be guided by Kirstie Cleary & Lana Bright. Details are coming soon.

For 20+ years Lana Bright – the Director and owner of Space Studio has been guiding and facilitating individual and team sessions to support people to feel more inspired and at peace. Her training with the neuro psychologist – Dr Rick Hanson, is a tremendous support for encouraging our ongoing wellbeing. Rick is immensely wise & skilful in offering practical resources to overcome the brain’s negativity bias so that we can find more ease and energy. www.rickhanson.net
