On Friday nights we welcome local, national & global visiting teachers, to share with us what they are exploring, learning & loving. This is an opportunity to discover new practices, new teachers & new ways to be inspired. Expect many diverse yogic & mindful meditation styles.

4 Tuesday evening sessions each month; a new theme to explore & understand; a long established and experienced mindfulness Teacher from the Wellington community and beyond to learn from; new ways to focus & practice being at ease, centred & awake.
